Disclaimer

Please be advised that the products for sale on Mary's Luv website are not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, prevent or treat any disease or health condition and they are not to be considered eatable.  
 

By purchasing our products you recognize and accept the fact that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that Mary's Luv will not be held responsible for such occurrences. You as a customer accept FULL responsibility if continued use of or purchase of products without complete or extensive knowledge about product ingredients and/or functions. You have the right to ask prior to purchase via email or social media direct messaging.

Mary's Luv is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. 

* Discontinue use if a reaction occurs. Avoid eye contact and do not eat. 

* If product contains an allergen please alert owner directly of all allergies to better accommodate. If this is not done prior to purchase so then you relinquish all liability from Mary's Luv. 

* All of the above and standard body care disclaimers will have assumed to be to your knowledge with continued use of Mary's Luv site and products. 

* During transit, products may experience settling. If separation is observed upon delivery, gently shake the bottle to homogenize the contents. 


* We recommend using all products within a 6-12 month time period to ensure freshness. Please use caution when using essential or fragrance oil based products if you have sensitive skin. If you are concerned about allergies, we recommend testing a small patch of skin with the product. Do not use product on broken or irritated skin. 

* Discontinue using any products that causes any of the following: redness, scaling, itching, burning, soreness, blisters, watery eyes, irritation or other similar reactions 

* The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
